We endeavour to provide you with a high quality product.  In the event there is any fault with the product you receive please contact us and we will either replace the faulty product or provide a full refund.   

To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.  Any payment above this amount will only be issued if directed by a court of law or at the sole discretion of Mr Cartridge.
